I met Tessa some years ago at a fundraising event for a mission trip to The Dominican Republic. Though I didn’t talk to her much, I could tell there was definitely something different about her, she was just so sweet and kind to everyone she encountered.
I really got to know Tessa this summer. She was a counselor at Cooperstown Bible Camp. I got to experience just how kind of a person she is. All summer I have seen Tessa making sure everyone feels included. I have also seen her comfort so many people. She has made everyone on staff feel welcomed and loved. I can’t tell you how much I truly enjoy her company.
I know Tessa will always be on of my good friends because of the way she cares for others, this crazy sheep lady understands what it means when the Bible says to care for your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I can’t wait to see where God takes her in the future!!
A word from Tessa:
Ever since I have met Laura I have never heard her complain! Her optimistic attitude about nearly everything inspires me continuously. That is probably the thing also that I can learn the most from Laura- your attitude is a choice and anything can be fun if you put your mind to it.
Laura loves Jesus which is one of the biggest things I love about her!! I can’t wait to keep becoming closer friends!
